Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Positions and required experience are outlined below: Desired Candidate Profile 1) AMI System Operator: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AMI system monitoring, MDM/HES operations, or similar environments. Proficiency in AMI systems and operational software tools. Knowledge of smart metering technologies and communication Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred. 2) AMI Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Certification in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau,Google Data Analytics, or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within AMI or utility systems. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL). Ability to manage large datasets and generate actionable insights. Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred. 3) Data Engineer (AMI): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Cloud / Data Engineering certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in data engineering or similar roles Expertise in data pipeline design and development. Proficiency with databases and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system optimization skills. Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred. 4) Senior Engineer – AMI Application: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, or a related discipline. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in application engineering or similar roles. Certified in AMI / MDM / HES platform administration (Siemens or equivalent), IT service management (ITIL or equivalent), and database or system integration technologies (Oracle, API/middleware, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, SOA/ESB integrations. Experience in application development, configuration, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and end-user support skills.
