AI Solution Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Define, own, and execute the AI go to market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios within Financial Services and Retail. Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite and senior executive stakeholders. Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities and industry trends. Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that address industry specific challenges. Partner with Client Partners, Sales teams, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI driven engagements. Lead executive level presales activities including opportunity shaping, solution design, and proposal positioning. Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success across assigned accounts. Ensure responsible AI principles including security, governance, transparency, and human oversight are embedded into opportunity framing and solution design. Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams. To thrive in this role, you need to have: Strong experience developing and executing go to market strategies for advanced technology or AI led solutions. Deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts and real world use cases. Proven ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business focused manner. A strong commercial mindset with a track record of shaping, positioning, and closing high value technology engagements. Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. The ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, matrixed, and growth oriented environment.
