AI & Digital Transformation Lead / Technical Architect

Set the technical direction of a 24-month government AI program in Dubai: AI use-case architecture, solution designs, and the technical governance a system integrator must build to. You review and approve high-level and low-level designs for every AI use case, define the target architecture for agentic AI on an on-premises estate, and are the senior technical authority in front of the client. Full time, onsite at the client's premises in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the program's target architecture and technical standards for agentic AI on the client's on-premises estate Review and approve HLD and LLD for every AI use case; run the technical quality gate before any build proceeds Size and specify AI infrastructure requirements (GPU, storage, networking) early enough for client procurement Stand up and operate the AI test tooling: evaluation harnesses, prompt and regression suites Provide technical input to the system integrator RFP and evaluate bidder solutions Requirements 8+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership, with 3+ years designing or deploying AI/ML or agentic AI solutions Hands-on delivery of AI into existing enterprise systems (ERP, RPA, data platforms) without vendor lock-in On-premises or air-gapped deployment experience, including GPU infrastructure sizing Agentic AI architecture: LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, RAG, prompt and evaluation pipelines Enterprise integration across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, UiPath, and Dataiku HLD/LLD authorship and review; architecture governance and design authority experience AI evaluation and testing practice: harnesses, regression suites, model and prompt versioning Strong written English; able to defend a design in executive and technical forums
