Job Description Roles & Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning Development Design, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems Build AI-powered features such as automation workflows, predictive analytics, and smart recommendations within ERP systems Integrate NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI capabilities into existing software via APIs or direct embedding Data & Model Management Process, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Pandas to train and validate models Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and reliability in production Integration & Collaboration Integrate AI solutions into Odoo and other business applications Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and DevOps to ensure models are scalable and production-ready Work closely with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions Documentation & Reporting Document models, workflows, and integration architecture clearly Report on AI initiative progress, performance metrics, and improvement plans Qualifications 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role High proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is a plus Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Strong understanding of neural networks, linear algebra, and probability Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for model deployment Familiarity with SQL and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) Experience integrating AI via APIs into existing software systems Knowledge of Odoo or ERP systems is a strong plus Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role High proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is a plus Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Strong understanding of neural networks, linear algebra, and probability Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for model deployment Familiarity with SQL and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) Experience integrating AI via APIs into existing software systems Knowledge of Odoo or ERP systems is a strong plus Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords AI Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
