Agricultural Engineer – MOCCAE Certified | Minimum 10 Years of UAE Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering; equivalency certificate required, if applicable. MOCCAE-certified / approved Agricultural Engineer. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the UAE, preferably within agriculture, fertilizers, soil management, or related industries. Strong knowledge of organic and chemical fertilizers, including fertilizer selection, application, and potting soil formulations. In-depth understanding of chemical composition, compatibility, and reactions involved in fertilizer production and blending. Strong knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, crop requirements, and nutrient management. Proven experience in fertilizer formulation, product testing, quality control, and compliance with applicable UAE standards and regulations. Ability to conduct and interpret soil analysis and recommend appropriate nutrient solutions and fertilization programs. Knowledge of fertilizer quality standards, raw materials, specifications, and production processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills. Ability to coordinate with production, quality control, laboratory, and agricultural teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Educational & Professional Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering. Equivalency certificate required, where applicable. MOCCAE-certified / approved Agricultural Engineer – Mandatory. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the UAE. Experience in agriculture, fertilizers, soil management, or related industries is highly preferred. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of organic and chemical fertilizers, including selection, application, blending, and formulation. In-depth understanding of chemical composition, compatibility, and reactions involved in fertilizer production and blending. Strong knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, crop requirements, and nutrient management. Proven experience in fertilizer formulation, product development, testing, quality control, and compliance with applicable UAE standards and regulations. Ability to conduct and interpret soil analysis and recommend suitable nutrient solutions and fertilisation programmes. Good knowledge of fertilizer raw materials, specifications, quality standards, and production processes. Understanding of potting soil formulations and growing media is an advantage.
