After Sales Executive

Handle customer inquiries and act as the main point of contact for after-sales service. Coordinate vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims. Liaise with workshop, technical, and spare parts teams to ensure timely service. Monitor spare parts requirements and vehicle service schedules. Maintain service records, warranty documentation, and customer history. Follow up with customers after service and resolve complaints. Provide basic technical guidance on vehicle operation and maintenance. Identify recurring vehicle issues and coordinate with technical/engineering teams. Prepare service, warranty, and customer satisfaction reports. Visit customer sites when required and build strong relationships with fleet operators and key customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mechanical/Automobile Engineering candidates will be given preference, with good knowledge of trucks and vehicle maintenance. Previous experience in automotive after-sales/service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hindi speaking is mandatory and valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience will be an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
