Education

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Typically, 8 or more years of experience in enterprise forms development, document management, application integration, or related technology areas.

Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe

Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Adobe LiveCycle

Adobe Acrobat or related enterprise document technologies

Experience designing and developing complex forms with

XML and XSD o XDP and PDF

JSON o JavaScript or FormCalc

Data binding and schema design

Conditional rules and validations

Experience integrating forms with enterprise applications, databases, web services, APIs, and workflow platforms.

Strong understanding of enterprise content management and document lifecycle management.

Experience with document repositories, metadata, taxonomy, version control, records management, and retention policies.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Experience with software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Design and develop complex enterprise forms using Adobe Forms, Adobe Experience Manager Forms, SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe, or related technologies.

Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable form and document-management solutions.

Develop dynamic, interactive, accessible, and multilingual forms in PDF and other required formats.

Configure form layouts, data bindings, business rules, validations, calculations, scripting, and conditional logic.

Integrate forms with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms, Oracle, or other business systems.

Design and support document-generation, document-routing, approval, archival, and retrieval processes.

Develop solutions for document templates, correspondence management, bulk document generation, and electronic forms.

Configure and maintain enterprise document repositories, metadata models, taxonomies, retention policies, and access controls.

Support document lifecycle management, including creation, versioning, review, approval, distribution, retention, and disposition.

Collaborate with architects and integration teams to define APIs, data interfaces, security controls, and system dependencies.

Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support.

Establish development standards, reusable components, naming conventions, and quality assurance practices.

Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure maintainability, security, performance, and compliance.

Prepare technical specifications, design documents, test cases, deployment plans, and support documentation.

Lead unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release activities.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and analysts.

Identify opportunities to automate manual document processes and improve the end-user experience.

Support audit, compliance, data privacy, and records-management requirements related to enterprise documents. ill be added advantage
