Accounting & Finance Officer

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and support compliance with applicable regulatory financial requirements. Previous experience in forex or financial services is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, client transactions, and trading platform balances
• Monitor client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring proper accounting and client money segregation
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expenses, payroll, and supplier payments
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor regulatory capital requirements and prepare applicable regulatory financial returns
• Apply financial controls and maintain records in line with relevant regulators requirements
• Coordinate with compliance teams, external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory reporting providers
• Investigate financial discrepancies and resolve them with the relevant departments

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven accounting and finance experience in forex brokerage or financial services is required. Strong knowledge of relevant regulators rules concerning client funds, capital adequacy, financial reporting, and recordkeeping. Experience preparing regulatory financial returns and supporting audits. Strong understanding of brokerage operations, client money flows, and financial reconciliations. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
