Accountant – Spare Parts & Service Center

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for multiple branches. Maintain accurate branch-wise accounts and financial records. Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Monitor and reconcile cash, bank, POS/card transactions, and customer/supplier balances. Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory and branch-wise stock movements. Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly accounting reports. Prepare branch-wise Profit & Loss reports and analyze revenue, costs, and profitability. Maintain separate accounting and reporting for the service center, including labour/service revenue and related expenses. Monitor stock transfers between branches and ensure proper accounting treatment. Perform regular physical stock reconciliation with system records. Review inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and gross profit. Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable reports. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate differences. Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all transactions. Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time. Coordinate with branch staff and management regarding accounting and financial matters. Prepare management reports and other financial analysis as required.
