Accountant

Maintain accurate books of accounts: daily entries, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable Prepare sales and purchase invoices; process supplier and customer payments Handle import/export documentation and costing (invoices, packing lists, bills of entry, freight and customs charges) Prepare VAT records and returns; ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management and cash flow tracking Monitor inventory and stock valuation with the warehouse and sales team Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits Follow up on outstanding receivables and reconcile supplier statements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (trading or import/export preferred) Working knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar) Good command of MS Excel Strong English communication; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage Attention to detail, honesty and ability to meet deadlines Immediate joiners and candidates already in the UAE preferred.
