Accountant & E-commerce Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Finance Record all sales, purchases, expenses, and payments accurately. Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers. Bank reconciliation and cash management. Manage Accounts Receivable (Customers) and Accounts Payable (Suppliers). Follow up on customer payments and supplier due dates. Maintain petty cash records. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and financial reports. Assist with VAT records and documentation. Organize and maintain financial files and company documents. 2. Inventory Management Update stock records regularly. Reconcile physical stock with system inventory. Track incoming and outgoing inventory. Report low-stock and fast-moving items. Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock accuracy. 3. E-commerce Operations Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Microless, company website, and other marketplaces. Upload new products with correct titles, descriptions, specifications, and images. Update prices and stock availability daily. Monitor product listing quality and resolve listing issues. Handle order processing from all online platforms. Coordinate dispatch and shipment with the warehouse. Monitor returns, refunds, replacements, and customer claims. Download and reconcile marketplace reports and settlements. 4. Marketplace Account Management Monitor seller account health. Resolve account issues, policy violations, and support tickets. Coordinate with marketplace support teams. Maintain required business documents for compliance. 5. Reporting Prepare daily sales reports. Prepare weekly purchase reports. Prepare monthly inventory reports. Analyze sales performance by platform. Submit management reports with recommendations. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills Experience in Accounting and E-commerce Operations. Knowledge of Excel (Advanced preferred). Experience with Tally or similar accounting software. Experience with Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Microless, or Shopify/WooCommerce. Good communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Daily Responsibilities Update accounts and bank transactions. Record sales and purchase invoices. Process online orders. Update stock and pricing. Check marketplace notifications. Prepare daily sales and payment reports. Follow up on pending payments and outstanding orders. KPIs (Performance Indicators) 100% accurate accounting records. Daily order processing without delays. Stock accuracy above 98%. Timely bank and payment reconciliation. Product listings updated within 24 hours of receiving new stock. Zero missed customer or marketplace deadlines. Accurate monthly financial reports submitted on time.
