Accountant

Reconcile daily cash, card and digital-wallet sales against POS reports and bank deposits Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments; keep payables accurate and on schedule Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries in the ERP system Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing and management reports Participate in periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory variances with the floor teams Prepare VAT workings and support ZATCA filings as per Saudi regulations Monitor petty cash, store expenses and cash-office procedures Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance 3+ years' accounting experience, preferably in retail, supermarket/hypermarket or FMCG Hands-on experience with an ERP or accounting system (SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar) and strong Excel skills Working knowledge of VAT and basic Saudi/GCC accounting compliance Accurate, well organised and reliable with deadlines Good communication in English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic an advantage GCC experience an advantage
