Accountant (Arabic)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations. Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports. Monitor income, expenses, payments, and collections. Prepare and maintain proper supporting documentation for all financial transactions. Assist with VAT preparation, filing, and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations. Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and reports. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments. Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely processing of payments. Maintain organized accounting records and ensure confidentiality of financial information. Assist management with financial analysis and reporting when required. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. UAE accounting experience is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience working in the UAE. Experience with VAT filing and reconciliation. Experience in automotive, trading, logistics, or commercial vehicle businesses is an advantage. Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Employment Type Full-time
