Accountant

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and accounting records in compliance with Saudi regulations. Record and review journal entries, invoices, expenses, revenue, and accounting transactions. Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Prepare periodic financial and management reports. Manage payroll-related accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations. Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and e-invoicing (Fatoora). Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments. Support cost analysis and monitor operational and project-related expenses. Analyze financial data and variances and provide relevant insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an industrial or equipment-related company in Saudi Arabia. Practical knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements. Proficiency in Qoyod accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT filing, and payroll accounting. Knowledge of cost accounting and operational expense analysis is preferred. Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently. Employment Type Full-time
