Accountant - Billing

Prepare and process customer invoices, bills and receipts accurately. Maintain records of sales, purchases, payments and outstanding amounts. Verify billing details, supporting documents and transaction records. Handle daily billing and cash-related documentation as assigned. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Reconcile invoices, payments and basic financial records. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and accounting documents. Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries. Prepare basic reports and summaries as required by management. Follow company accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
