Responsibilities

• Manage Multiple Accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Develop strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Coordinate with creative, social media, and content teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Handling clients' objections
• Identify clients problems
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and client feedback
• Identify new opportunities and upsell services to existing clients
• Collaborate with the Sales team

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in account management or client servicing in a marketing or tech agency. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to influence the decision maker. Experience in using CRM (preferred but not required). Positive Attitude Have Knowledge about digital marketing and social media platforms. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
