Account Manager

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients. Understand client objectives, requirements, and business needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with creative, social media, content, SEO, performance marketing, and other internal teams. Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs. Follow up on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and revisions. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in marketing strategy discussions and client meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates when required. Identify opportunities to improve client accounts and expand services. Handle client feedback professionally and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements 2 4 years of experience in account management, marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels. Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. Good English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Previous experience in a marketing agency. Experience managing B2B or corporate clients. Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and project management tools. Skill Recquired
