GAPS - Guidance for Academic & Professional Studies is an educational consultancy in Sharjah , UAE, dedicated to facilitating higher educational opportunities and guiding students towards academic and professional success Counsel prospective candidates on Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, and professional programs. Manage incoming student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels. Maintain structured follow-up routines to consistently meet monthly admission targets. Clearly explain program details, entry requirements, fee schedules, and payment plans. Guide candidates through the application process and collect required registration documents. Update and maintain student interaction records accurately within the CRM system. Desired Candidate Profile 1 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling, student recruitment, or education sales. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and student engagement capabilities. Proficient in digital communication platforms and CRM tools. Currently residing in and available for work within the UAE. Employment Type Full-time
